Design flaw

Fridge is average. There is a design flaw in the defrosting system that causes water to leak from inside the fridge section where the light and temp control are, down onto the top glass shelf. It pools, ices over, then melts again causing everything on the top shelf to get periodically wet. Not a true "problem". More of a pestering inconvenience. Had 2 repair men out from different companies to try and fix this. Both said it was a design flaw and there isn't much they can do.

Terrible unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit late September 2016 and I am very disappointed because the unit leaks water inside the frig and now freezer is not working.
It has been repaired twice so far and still has the same issue

bought in august and switched the swing of the foors.not a good idea.we had many problems related to the non sealing of the freezer yet could find no info regarding our situation. repair had to be made

Died in 18 Months

We purchased refrigerator in March 2015, and the compressor died September 2016. Spoke with independent repair shop, and based upon cost to replace versus repair they recommended replacing rather than repairing. Refrigerator was lightly used (it is our overflow second refrigerator), so it is very frustrating that it died after only 1-1/2 years. What makes it even more frustrating is that it replaced a 35 year old refrigerator which was still working when we gave it away.

Buyer Beware

Have not had this freezer for a month, already had the freezer fan replaced because of icing. Repair man found mold already. Freezer still does not freeze below 10° even set on the highest cold setting. Ice cubes stick together and ice cream is soft. As we live in a condo with a galley kitchen this was our only option that would fit in the space provided. It is very noisy, hums loudly, knock. Truly disappointed and utterly regret making this purchase!

Doesn't get cold

I bought this unit three weeks ago and it has never cooled properly even at the coldest setting. Opened the freezer tonight and some meat that was previously frozen and placed in the new fridge is now partially thawed. The refrigerator compartment doesn't get cold either. Settings are at coldest level and my beer is just barely cold. I will be calling the store to come and get it on Monday and purchasing a different brand.

Bought this model one month ago and the gasket on the freezer door came off. Leaks on the inside of refrigerator onto top shelf.

After 8 months ive given up, this fridge stinks. According to the manual it works, but my ice cream still looks like soup after being in there after 24 hrs!!!

Typically, items in your freezer will freeze at about 20 degrees but ice cream needs to be much colder (below 15 degrees) to harden.
