Freezer Problems

The freezer does NOT freeze ice cream products at all. They are always mushy when I get them out of the freezer. I have the thermostat set on high also!!
Can't you get someone to my home to see what is wrong!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge thus far...a little noisy though

This fridge is basic. The only thing I could say is upscale maybe is the exterior finish, which appears to be able to survive significant wear over the years. The inside has some flaws to it. There aren't many options to move the inside trays and such, but it hasn't been a problem. I also feel the door could be better designed, but I haven't had any disasters yet. I might be picky about the wrong things here. One significant potential problem with this fridge is noise. That might be something that is found in all fridges at this price point. I'm not sure. Overall it was a nice fridge for the price I paid. I would not feel comfortable paying retail for this.

Plastic is thin and fragile. Feels unsound but it is fine for a second refrigerator

God 2nd/Basement Fridge

My wife and I purchased this unit as a replacement to our old 20 year old unit that we use as a basement overflow freezer/fridge to our main floor freezer/fridge. It is exactly good for that purpose and does a fine job to this point.
My only complaints are:
1) The compressor is a bit on the noisy side when running.
2) There's no light in the freezer section of this unit.

Other than that, this is a fairly good unit for the price and I would recommend it as either an overflow unit or a 1st fridge for a small home or apartment for two people.

Like the color and features.

Purchased 2 months ago. The first week the air vent for the refriderator would leak water and fill the top shelf. Service man came and adjusted the freezer setting and resealed under freezer shelf. So far so good now. Time will tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!
