Lots of room

Good function but missing some design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model because it had to fit a specific space in my mobile home. It replaced an older model that I really liked. While this model is taller & works well, I find the freezer is a little smaller than my other one. I needed a deli drawer, like my other one had. Unfortunately, because of the ridged limited shelf placements, I am missing an area under that deli drawer for shelf storage. It would be great to have an additional shelf placement. I am finding that the glass shelves are requiring more cleaning than the metal shelves that I had previously. That is why I am giving the review a 3 - works fine but design needs improvement.

Basic 2nd Frog

Perfect Addition to our Fridge Family

Withstand freezing temperatures in our garage

Disappointing!

When we plugged it in, it did not cool at all. Had to make a service call. The service company came and added "Freon" said sometimes they do not add enough at the factory, he also checked for leaks, there were none. Worked great!
Then 2-3 weeks later, we noticed the ice cream in our freezer was very soft. Also noticed our ice maker was not making very much ice. Placed a thermometer and it was 29 degrees, but then it went up to 37 degrees, then 42 degrees. Had to bring food to our neighbors freezer.
Also placed a thermometer in the refrigerator and it was only 52 degrees but slowly getting warmer.
Had to place another service call. We will see what they say this time.

Noisy
