Not a good product. Freezer compartment has terrible icing on the door.

An Average Refrigerator For A Decent Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Frigidaire to replace our old Frigidaire (which lasted about 15 years), this new one was supposed to be the same as the old one. However, everything inside this Frigidaire feels cheap compared to the last one. The glass shelving is thinner and the door is lighter.

Deceiving looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the frig looks great, it is not very functional. In the refrigferator's defense I did not pick it out and it is a smaller model. It is not very roomy and while the folding shelves help make room for bottles of milk and juice and beer, you loose flat storage area by doing so. The ice dispenser is very slow and since the ice is only on demand, there is no stored ice. The slow ice production and delivery puts you off from dispensing a bunch of ice to store in the freezer. The doors of the frig are also a pain in that they don't close without some effort. If it wasn't for the alarms, I would have left the doors ajar a million times. Again, my wife picked up this model so it was thrust upon me. I never would have picked his particular model, but I have always loved frigidaire products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy

I had to have my freezer door replaced, and yet I still get spots of frost and ice. There are also knocking noises periodically which I was told were quite common. I purchased Frigidaire because my old Frigidaire was not keeping things cold. I should have tried to have it fixed instead of buying new.
