quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old 30 year old garage refrigerator was replaced with this model and we have been very happy with it. It is very quiet and seems to run very little. So far so good!

Runs loudly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge about 2 months and it works great. Makes a lot of noise and the door gets stuck, but it works well and is easy to keep clean.

Door doesn't shut well

I've not been happy as the door wasn't hung correctly and everyone that stays at the cabin says the door sticks and won't shut right..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! I regret any frustration that has come from this matter, JinJan. The installation company should have taken care of the door for you when they installed the refrigerator. No worries, page 6 in your Owner’s Manual shows you how to achieve the ¼ to ½ inch slope from front to back, so the doors close freely when opened halfway. Freezer door gasket does not seal properly

Lemon?

The fridge itself runs just fine. I've had it for 6 months with no issues until yesterday when I went to open the door and the handle of the fridge came right off . . . I'm a 5' tall female so it's not like I was too rough with it.
