After 1 month---it dies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator April 20 of this year. It is May 24. It freezes my food in the freezer portion. I open the top freezer, everything is wet because it has thawed. I move the settings turn the button on/off; it starts again. Then I return to find that it has quit and my food is thawed again. I've owned several refrigerators and NEVER had to call a repair person. So far this is a piece of junk. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the refrigerator has power (light comes on) but is not cooling, and you do not hear the compressor come on, service would be needed.
