EVERTHING I WANTED IN AN UPRIGHT REFRIDG/FREEZER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No only does the Frigidaire fit in the area designated for it (the one that quit was a little to large to fit properly) it works better than any I had before. I was surprised at the price of it. I had to replace the old one Christmas week and was worried about the cost but no problem when I found this one. The glass shelves are thicker than I'd had before and the are reinforced with a metal bar at the outside edges. The crisper is large enough for a lot of vegies and fruit. The shelves adjust to positions that are usable and that's great too. So glad I found it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this model, it's quiet, it has lots of space, humidity controls on the veggie drawers, deli drawer is really nice, the glass shelves make it easy to clean and see what is on the shelves and in drawers. Very pleased customer!!

had a lot of trouble with the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer nothing but trouble since we got it. left for a week right after we got it and came home to all meat in freezer defrosted and dripped meat juice all down through fridge. Water dripping from freezer ceiling at times then freezing to little icecles. Souppy ice cream etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An OK Fridge

It keeps things cold but is the noisiest fridge I have ever seen (heard). It makes many strange noises when running which the owners manual talks about but I am surprised the manufacturer would even put it on the market because of this. I'm not sure paying a lot more for more "quiet" would be worth it but at least I could hear myself think when it runs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Updated model easy to clean

No outside rear tubing to collect dusk and dirt, easy to wipe down.
Replacing a 15 year old refrigerator that leaked from the freezer and made loud noise from the fan starting, I updated to the same model. The new refrigerator did have a hum noise when the fan started but now it has quieted down.
The freezer does stay constant at 02 degrees pack with food or 3/4 empty.
The refrigerator also stay constant at 40 degrees.
The holders on the door are made stronger as not brake or come off easy.
The crisper (control are now on the left side) does keep the vegetables fresh, just make sure you read the book.
Did have a slight problem leveling the unit, took long than I think it should.
