Would give 3.5 stars if possible

It works. It looks good. But design, like baseball, is a game of inches and this refrigerator/freezer seems to have been designed without much thought to function. For example, the refrigerator shelves can only be moved in 6" increments. Who wants to move a shelf by that much? A regular bottle of wine is a bit too tall to fit in the top rack in the door, but the rack below (where the milk might go) is taller than necessary by roughly the same amount. The deli drawer is a nice feature, but it would be even nicer if it were designed such that two deli drawers could sit next to each other under the shelf to compensate for the weird shelf spacing. (I would have happily paid to order a second drawer if it were possible to use it.) The freezer has weird shelf spacing too, but more problematic is that the racks in the freezer door are so wide that they compromise the capacity of the main part of the freezer. (If you place things in the freezer where they would seem to fit, the door will not close because the door rack runs into items in the freezer.) As a result of these design quirks, this refrigerator/freezer is less functional with less easy-to-use space than the 19-yr-old Whirlpool it replaced. It's a nice refrigerator/freezer with nicer features than others I had considered. But with a little more careful planning in the design, it could have been a great refrigerator/freezer. But it's not.

I am not happy with the refrigerator. The handle has broken twice and I had to call service for a major leak inside the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A good basic refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator to use for pop, beer etc in my basement. It's a very basic fridge without any special features or functions, but for my purpose it works well and the price was right! Make sure the delivery people level it during installation. My delivery person did not level, and the fridge moved an inch or two every time we pulled the doors open. However, once we leveled it the problem was eliminated.
