Great size and great storage

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. Had problem first day. Had to get new freezer seal. Still does not seem cold enough. Ice cream is real soft.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not want a nickname, thank you for sharing your refrigerator experience with us. Ice cream composition plays a role in its tendency to freeze. Ice creams with higher water content may freeze at warmer temperatures than those with higher fat and sugar content. I would suggest storing your frozen goodies in the rear of the freezer compartment on the bottom (cold air sinks) where there is less air flow. If your refrigerator is located in an area where the ambient temperature gets below 55 degrees, you may need a garage kit. The Garage Kit (P/N 5303918301) will lower the minimum operating temperature of the refrigerator to 34° F. A qualified service technician will need to install the kit. If this is not applicable, please do a visual check of the freezer gasket (pages 8-9 of your Owner’s Manual) to ensure you have a good seal. If this hasn’t helped, or you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. Please call our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently as a temporary replacement refrigerator until I do a complete kitchen renovation this year. It might just stay permanently! I love how easy it is to see everything. It has large storage drawers.
