Nothing but trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had very good luck with this product. At the recommended settings, the refrigerator box will not cool below 40 and is often above. We have to set the temperature dial to maximum cool to keep it at 38 to 40 degrees. Have attempted to get it repaired and Frigidaire sent a repairman who changed the setting in the freezer to the warmest setting and refrigerator box to recommended. In order to keep the refrigerator box at 40, we had to return the temperature setting to the coldest setting. Called repairman. He said there is a defect and was expecting a part from Frigidaire. Supposed to be in the end of last week. Haven't heard from him. We purchased this unit because it fit the refrigerator space in our older kitchen, but I wouldn't buy another one of these if I were paid to do so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfectly meets our needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire refrigerator several months ago when we moved into our new house. The other appliances were black but only the frig needed to be replaced and we wanted to get black to match the others. We priced several other brands of refrigerators in black and they were all up to $400 more, but Frigidaire's price was unbeatable - all colors were the same price!! We love the features of the refrigerator, with all the drawers for various foods. Amazing value at an amazing price!!

Meets our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sell people were great. Had to call for servicing as freezer was developing frost. He came quickly and it was a seal problem whixh he fixed. Great staff to work with!
