Cool Refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it a little over a month now and so far real happy. It's a plain jane in black but it looks good and it works real well. It is very quiet and doesn't run very much which means to me it seals well. I turned down the factory presets which to me is better than turning them up. Always a good sign of efficiency to me and cost saving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for several months now and the refrigerator section works well but the freezer won't freeze ice cream or liquids. The repairman told me that I should expect a fudgicle to fall off the stick--in fact it isn't just this brand of refrigerator but all brands. He claims it's because of the government regulations preventing the companies from being able to produce products that can maintain cold enough temperatures to keep all products frozen. So I just keep things in it that would be okay if they weren't completely frozen.
The repairman claims if I put hamburger in the freezer, it will be freeze but frankly, I don't want to take the chance.

Dremkwil, thank you for sharing your refrigerator experience with us. I have some questions for the matter of your freezer not being cold enough. Is the freezer located where the ambient temperature is below 55°F? If the refrigerator is in a garage or other area where the temperature is below 55° F, you may experience freezer temperature problems. The Garage Kit (P/N 5303918301) will lower the minimum operating temperature of the refrigerator to 34° F. A qualified service technician will need to install the kit. If this is not applicable, please do a visual check of the freezer gasket (pages 8-9 of your Owner’s Manual) to ensure you have a good seal. If this hasn’t helped, or you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. Please call our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. inconsistent

this refrigerator runs inconsistently..at times it overfreezes , other times it is not as cold as it should be.
