Good features for low a budget unit.

Dougl, welcome to the extended Frigidaire family! The recommended settings for refrigerators are 37 degrees in the fresh compartment and 0 degrees in the freezer. Are your temperatures different when set on normal? If so, is the refrigerator located in an area where the ambient temperature is below 55 degrees Fahrenheit? If not, has the freezer door been left open? If not, please inspect the door gaskets to make sure they are fully seated in the retaining channels (gaskets should seal against the cabinet all the way around including the top and bottom). If the gasket is fully seated in the retaining channel, but still does not seal completely, use a hair dryer carefully to heat the gasket while the door is closed (do not hold the hair dryer too close, and don’t use the high heat option as either can damage the cabinet and/or the gasket).
