Door will not stay closed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to buy a child lock to ensure the door stays closed. We had to through everything away after door came open one night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Evaluation after several weeks .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since this is a fairly new purchase, observations are based on utility and layout. Interior size is better than we expected; about 2 cu. ft smaller than our old one, but we have a very small niche that it had to fit in. Everything we need to store fits in it. Door shelves are adequate but not adjustable. Some of space is therefore wasted where short items are placed. Interior shelves are full width; I do miss the split shelves in our old fridge.
The freezer has a shelf, but luckily I was able to move the slide-out basket from the old one - - without it I would be unhappy, as stuff tends to fall out when the freezer compartment is full.
It does make some strange noises: not loud, but sounding rather like a small animal chirping in back!
