Good but something is up with matching ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works great for price. Had to turn freezer down a little lower than recommended and the ice maker is pretty terrible. It only makes about 12 cubes a day.

great refrigerator to replace a 16 year old refrig

After purchasing my refrigerator, i am so happy that i am not wasting food anymore. I don't have to defrost the old refrigerator every other day now. Now, i just have to worry about paying off my new refrigerator.

Multiple issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in May and there were issues from the first. The delivery did not arrive on the day it was promised, and I was not given the courtesy of a phone call about the delay. When it was finally delivered, it did go well, but the bottom shelf broke within the first two weeks. Within the first 4 months the freezer handle loosened and then broke off. I have never experienced anything like this with any refrigerator, either at work where the handles are used many times a day, or at home. I am having a new handle shipped to me at no cost, but I have been very disappointed in this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy to hear the handle is being shipped to you at no cost. Page 10 in your Owner’s Manual shows you how to install the handle once you receive it. Warm regards, Ruth

My New Fridge

iced up in the back and stopped cooling. It was fixed and so far so good. Today I noticed the rubber seal on the refridgerated part of the second one appears to
be pulling away from the door. Not a good sign I fear.

Good day michaelKicebox, I am sorry to hear of your refrigerator experiences! I have some things for you to check in regards to your gasket. Do a visual inspection of the door gasket, making sure it is fully seated in the retaining channel. Look for open areas between the gasket and the body of the cabinet. If your gasket is pulling out of the channel:
1) Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry.
2) Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring the gasket is secure all around the door.
If the gasket is fully seated in the retaining channel, but still doesn’t not seal completely, use a hair dryer to carefully heat the gasket while the door is closed. Be careful not to damage the interior door panel or gasket by applying too much heat!
If gasket seal is still open after you have done these steps, flip the gasket 180 degrees:
1) Completely remove the gasket from the retaining channel around the door edge.
2) Rotate the gasket half a turn (180 degrees).
3) Reinstall the gasket by inserting the corners first into the retaining channel (kind of like a popular plastic storage bag that zips to lock).
4) Work the gasket towards the middle, ensuring that it is fully seated in the retaining channel.
