good service

We had our fridge about 3 months win we decided the seal around the freezer door was not working correctly.I called and a great customer service rep help me right away. She sent a new seal for the door which arrived in abut 5 days and it was very easy to do it my self! great job and that solved the problem. nothing like good service after you buy a product. Frigidaire is my brand of choice!

Not cold

I am very unhappy with the freezer part of this appliance. It does not keep things solidly frozen--for example when I put a bucket of ice in it the ice melts together and i always have to use an ice pick to separate. Also my popsicles melts to the point of having to peal the wrapper off and then they have ice particles on them. I have tried adjusting the thermostat and am afraid to turn it to the coldest setting because I'm afraid the compressor will freeze up. So I guess I'm stuck until I can afford a better fridge. I would not buy this product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tinvin, we are sorry that the freezer of your refrigerator has given so much frustration. Here are some things to check before contacting us directly for assistance. Is the air temperature in the room between 55°F – 70°F? Has the freezer door been left open? Ensure both door gaskets are fully seated in the retaining channel. Make sure no food items are preventing the doors from fully closing. Placing the thermostat at the lowest will not cause your compressor to freeze up, we assure you. Cordially, Ruth

Very Affordable Refridgerator

Bought it a month ago. Works well. Maintains proper temperature during summer heat and humidity. For 18 cubic feet it seems a little small inside given we store food for just the two of us!

I had my Refrigerator not quite a month when the thermostat and timer went out on it. It was fixed within a week of calling and I am thankful for that.

I like very thing about the frig., except the handle on the freezer door, when I go into the frig. I have to be careful when I come back up or else I will hit my head on the freezer handle, in which I have done I few times. The handle has sharp cor.ners
