Annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in April, makes a knocking noise but not all the time. Store I bought it from wanted to hear the noise but it didn't do it while they were here. So no solution other than to try and record it for a call to repair. It's hard to catch since it doesn't do it all the time and when it does it doesn't last long. Had this brand before and very disappointed this go around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With your new high-efficiency top freezer/refrigerator, it may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound.

Disappointed

We bought this about 2 years ago for a vacation rental home that we have. While the unit has operated well we have had to replace the handle to the refrigerator 5 times and now having to replace one of the racks in the door. It is now a discontinued model so parts are becoming more difficult to find.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got nothing in freezer at moment
Opened door and a red glow i see thru vents in back of freezer. Is it that i just never noticed before or is it a problem.

Not great

Much like "marcie 22" I have a problem with this unit leaking water into the refrigerator near the light. It appears to come from the freezer/water supply. This appliance is less than 2yrs old so this is very disappointing. Now I'm looking a repair or replacement cost for a pretty new appliance.

Problems after four short years

This fridge started going downhill after just four years. When I went to Frigidaire for help, they said it was my problem and were very rude and disrespectful, and they could not believe I thought their product should last more than even one year. Disappointed because I bought this brand because I was under the impression that they had quality appliances and good customer service. I regret that decision and will look elsewhere next time.
