Okay But Not Great

My fridge doesn't keep ice cream frozen to where I like it. Even ice cream bars are not quite frozen enough. Otherwise the freezer is fine. The refrigerator itself isn't really cold enough even on the highest setting. If I could have a do-over, I would pay more money and upgrade.

Noisy!

This refrigerator cools well and has a great freezer. But it's very noisy. I"m glad it's in the garage as a second refrigerator. I wouldn't want to hear that in my kitchen all the time.

No happy

I've had a repair person come several times. The fridge will not get colder than 40 and the freezer will not get colder than 10.

Wonderful Fridg..

I had not had a new refrigerator in 22 years.. When my old one started going bad it was time to replace. We looked around and I compared and checked specs on various refrigerators and we decided on this one. We are very pleased with it.. We feel we made the correct choice..

Noisy and less-than-great temps

This refrigerator replaced the same model that died right before Christmas so I had a make a purchase decision quickly. Although I am somewhat limited by space availability and this unit works well for that issue, in general, this unit is noisy and I agree with another reviewer that the refrigerator temperature does not seem to be cold enough. I have it turned up nearly to the highest temp, and the fridge stays at only 39 degrees. If I had not been under duress, I might have chosen differently.

We understand that you do have some concerns with the noise and temperature. Typically, the compressor operates at a higher pressure when first starting and the noise should disappear as the refrigerator continues to run and balance pressures. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. It's OK so far. 3 or 4 times there has been a puddle of water on a glass shelf. Don't know where it's coming from. Also there is nothing in the manual about adjusting the gauge on the crisper drawers.

The humidity control on a crisper drawer allows you to adjust the humidity within the crisper. This can extend the life of fresh vegetables that keep best in high humidity. Leafy vegetables keep best when stored with the Humidity Control set on High Humidity, or in a drawer without a Humidity Control. This keeps incoming air to a minimum and maintains maximum moisture content. Store non-leafy vegetables and fruits still in their skins at the low humidity setting. Hope this helps! Thank you,

This refrigerator makes way to much noise

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago. It makes so much noise we sometimes have to raise the sound on the TV. We are calling for service.
