Disappointment

We purchased our new Frigidaire Refrigerator with the expectation that it would stand up to it's name. However, it is less than a few months old and we've already had to call service. Apparently, the manufacturer updated some features but now that has caused operational problems. The refrigerator drains on the top shelf...the repair has not work ed so yet another service call coming up. Also, the ice maker had to be replaced as well. And we have a NEW appliance.:(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great use for me as a second refrigerator.

My new Frigidaire refrigerator purchases was put to good use over the past holiday season as a second refrigerator. It is spacious, kept everything at perfect temperature, even with so many hands going in and out of it. Runs quietly. No problems. Was at a great price. Would recommend it to a friend.

Not What I Expected - At All

I expected more in regards to fit, finish and function. Totally disappointed! The sides and top are very "wavy." The compressor is very loud. The twenty year old refrigerator that I replaced with this one is way more quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I expected way more in terms of fit, form and function. The sides and the top of the refrigerator are "wavy." The compressor is extremely noisy. The 20 year old refrigerator that I am replacing is way more quiet. I just now noticed that the cap on the top hinge is cracking.

Somewhat disappointing

We went this route because we had a frigidaire before. We cannot afford, nor need all the upgrades of other refridgerators. However, this model is VERY noisy, the door racks are too big for condiments and they slide around. It works fine, but just don't feel comfortable that it will last with all the noises.

Good value for the money

I bought this fridge to have in the garage. Everything seems to be working fine so far although I was a little concerned that the freezer wasn't working properly at first. This now seems to have resolved itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!
