Nice fridge

This is a perfectly fine basic fridge. I really like the clear drawers and so far, there hasn't been any problem bumping into the temp controls in the front. I must say that the door alarm has been a disappointment as it is so quiet that the cats are the only household members that hear it. I wish there was more versatility in the door shelves but, overall, it's a fine appliance.

Good garage refrigerator

We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago, specifically for our garage to hold beverages and overflow from our kitchen refrigerator. The price was reasonable. We didn't need the freezer section but pieced this model anyway and are now glad for the convenient extra freezer space. So far it has performed well and there have been no problems. It is advertised as 'garage-ready' so we hope there will be no future problems with cold temps or moisture in the garage. We like the extra space for sodas and for parties and holidays.

Good second fridge

With a husband and 2 growing boys in the house, my refrigerator is almost always packed to the brim! And when any special occasion or holiday rolled around that we were hosting, forget it... I could never find enough room for everything! So needless to say, I was in much need of a second fridge for the garage. I didn't want/need anything fancy, just a basic refrigerator with a good bit of room. I researched for a while and read MANY reviews. This one said it is made to use in a garage... good! It has plenty of space with 18cf... great! And it was reasonable prices... fantastic! Although the refrigerator seems to run a bit more than I think it should (it doesn't get opened very often), so far it's been pretty good. I guess the true test will be how it holds up, not only through this winter but also long term?! I have a French door refrigerator in my kitchen from Frigidaire and have had to have it repaired multiple times in the 4 years of ownership! I REALLY hope that won't be the case with this one. Especially since my husband is already skeptical of the Frigidaire brand based on our experiences with the kitchen appliances! I have a feeling if this new fridge gives us problems also my husband will ban anymore from being purchased in our house!!!
