Great but not perfect

I thought it was going to be more efficient than it is. With the settings it seems that it doesn't matter the size of the load it takes the same amount of time to do it, makes no sense. Although it does the job well. Oh, and I hate that not all the models can presoak.

I just bought this washer machine with the a lot of expectatives and is not really performing how i though. It does not put enough water to the clothes. it barely wet the clothes
