[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought OU fridge a month ago, it has unbelievable space, stays cold and with additional ice storage in the freezer we always have more ice than we need. Love it!

Very Dissappointed!

I purchased my fridge in 2015 and every since, I have had nothing but problems with the ice maker! I am a huge ice fan, therefor, I highly regret buying this appliance. I have always purchased LG appliances, TV's, everything LG, but the ice maker on this appliance has been defective since I bought it. Every time I am out of ice, I open the compartment door because I know something is wrong. The ice tray is stuck, like it would have caught on something, but after hitting reset and continuing to mess with it, it would finally dump the ice. Two weeks ago, it was out of ice and when I opened the door to the ice tray, it was in the upright position and had frozen ice in the tray but will not dump it. I have hit reset, I have turned it off and back on, and this time even went as far as unplugging the fridge and plugging it back it but it will not dump that ice. I am so annoyed and at my done point. After two weeks of it not resetting or dumping the ice in the tray, LG is going to have to do something. Other than constant problems with the ice maker, I have not experienced any other issues, knock on wood!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another LG product that stopped working after 3 yr

I love the fridge, but as soon as warranty was up, it went out. I've had so many problems with LG products. This was my 2nd LG fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WE only have the refrigerator for about a MONTH and everything seems to work fine. The last one we had - had problems with the ice maker and the freezer went out.

I've only had this product 6 weeks but I love the room, the drawer temp control, the size because we didn't have to remodel to make it fit, and just the overall features and the style. I love this refrigerator.

We had this fridge 2 months , it's very useful , the rooms are perfect for 6 people use . We forgot the veggies in the vegetables drawer in 2weeks , found out it still fresh , imaging . We recommended my sister and my parents had one too , love it , thanks LG for Life is Good

Great features

I wanted a fridge with a water dispenser and a bottom freezer. After many attempts to find what I wanted that would fit in my space, this is the one we purchased. So far, I am loving it. The freezer is very spacious and the door in the door is a great bonus, especially for a husband who likes to leave the door open while he "does" other things! I am very pleased with this refrigerator.

I enjoyed my ref so much space and room for my left overs the only dis advantage is the freezer it comes out from the hook so easy and it is a plastic container, I have to be very careful not to drop any heavy stuff other than that I'm happy
