I wish I could choose zero stars. I brought this washer in November 2016 and it is already broken in January 2017. I can not begin to explain how disappointed I am with Whirlpool products and their customer service. Whirlpool should be embarrassed. I will never buy any whirlpool product again. :(

Brand New & Works Once in a While. If you slam the door several times and pull up on the handle while the Door Locked light is blinking, it just might start.

motor home washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had repairmen out after one month machine would not extract water out of wet clothing they ran a no load test which was useless and said everything was fine. have not had a chance to run a load test on washer because I had to winterize my motorhome. this machine was a replacement washer first one that was installed in motorhome had a cracked drum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this and for it to work properly you have to hit it once it starts. We called and their answer was to slam the door harder. WHAT??? That didn't work anyway, we still have to hit it every time! Very disappointed.

Awful machine

Machine comes with rental unit and is absolute worse machine we have used. Fails to drain or wash due to sensed imbalance. Been through 3 of these things. Recommend to Manager to use a different something different

5 water pumps replaced in 10 mo and still not working

Failed at getting clothes clean from the start. Nineteen service calls in 21 months. Repair reps work on these machines often and are very familiar with their problems! Two service companies recommended the unit to be replaced after six consecutive week out of service.

I have been through 3 of these washers in 2 years. After about 2 years each machine has developed significant problems and I have been informed that it is cheaper yo replace the machine than fix it or parts are no longer available to fix the machine. It is really disappointing that these machines have such short life spans.
