Great Compact Washer!

This is a great compact front-loading washer. It's the perfect size to put in your kitchen (standard cabinet size). In addition to it's compact size, it's functionality is pretty superior. You have loads of options to choose from when doing your laundry (pun intended). It has a simple interface, so if you want something high tech and digital, this probably isn't the washer for you. It's kind of old-school, but I like the simplicity and not having a bunch of buttons to press all the time. The best thing about this washer is the gray rubber seal. I had a black rubber seal on my previous machine and it was difficult to clean (you can't see how dirty it is) and the black eventually wore off and would get on your clothes.The only downside is that the rubber seal almost always has a small standing puddle of water on the rim. However, I just make sure to wipe it off with a rag and leave the door open so that any moisture can evaporate (you're supposed to do this anyways with front-loading machines to prevent mold build-up).

Worked just 3 month and broken

The motor was replaced and then the motor board. Now the machine has F06 error codes Now I am waiting for a wiring harness part and am spending part of each weekend in the laundromat. month without a working machine. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Everything great except...

Everything about this washer has been great so far except for the "Clean Washer" cycle. Every time I try this option it ends in a couple of minutes with an error message. Other reviewers have run into this problem as well. My workaround is simply to run a regular wash cycle with hot water. I then wipe down the door and leave it open to dry between wash days. So far it has worked without any special cleaners or bleach. Overall, I am satisfied with this washer.

I only have good things to say about both appliances and I express this to whomever comes to my penthouse condo. I especially like the lint filter on the dryer, its so easy to keep clean and is ready to go.

I replaced a pair of Asko washer and dryer with the new Whirlpool. The Akso pair required repairs and were expensive to repair. The Whirlpools work faster and just as well. Capacity is only limitation, though it does not bother me at all. The Whirlpool pair are quiet and efficient. I am happy as my units are built in and I did not want to start another construction project. I am very pleased.

great machines. They are superior to any that we have ever owned.We maintain two house holds and intend to replace the washer dryer in our other household with the whirlpool brand.
