WORSE PURCHASE

This is the worse washing machine ever. Do not purchase. Since I purchased the washer, I have had numerous issues, water not draining, not spinning, etc.

2 Years Old and Stopped Working

We bought this unit (along with the dryer) 2 years ago. Last month, the spin cycle stopped working, clothes were soaked, and tub would not drain. We've had repair techs out twice who got it working again. The third time, it's now a $500 fix for new pump as apparently that is the problem. I've had washing machines for 15 years with no issues. What gives!?! I am stuck having to buy the same unit as it is compatible with the Whirlpool dryer bought at the same time that (knock on wood) is working fine.

Less than two years old and it won't spin. Clothes are always doping wet, not matter the setting. Even the technician couldn't fix it.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst washer I have ever had, it takes so long to start or even sometimes it NEVER starts. I thought it was something wrong with the installation and it's been replaced three times and still the same problem. Instructions state that it takes one minute after pressing and holding the Start buttom but it can pass 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes and nothing happens!

Nice when it worked properly

On 9/16/2015 we purchased a Whirlpool Model# WFC7500VW2 compact washer, Serial# CD52922193. Recently we began having a problem with the washer not going into fast spin at the end of the spin cycle. This leaves the clothes extremely wet. We did not get an error code. At first I would adjust the load and place it in the "Drain / Spin" cycle and it would complete the fast spin cycle. It has gotten worse, the last 3 times I adjusted the load and placed it in the "Drain / Spin" cycle and it would NOT complete the fast spin cycle. Then I removed all clothing, placed it in the "Drain / Spin" cycle and it still would NOT complete the fast spin cycle.I have checked the brochure to see if the washer has a lint trap and could not find one. I was thinking this could be clogged and causing the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this product. After not even three months of use, it continued to have an error message and an inability to drain. Clothes were ruined. It was extremely loud

Won't spin after only two years. STAY CLEAR!

Like every other review of this product, our machine won't spin and leaves clothing soaking. We've only had this machine for two years! I'll be leaving feed on every forum I can find. We are so beyond disappointed.

More clever than its ancestor, but just as reliable

I previously owned a 2010 model of this washer, and wanted the same washer when I moved from Portland to Seattle. But this latest model, while identical dimensions, has some terrific new features. The controls are more clearly marked (e.g.,slots for detergent, softener and bleach), and there are more setting options. I especially appreciate the "time remaining" feature, as I have to plan hot water usage in my small condo. My utility closet is only 36"w x 34"d, but the matching stacked washer-dryer units leave space for brooms and other cleaning supplies. I couldn't be happier.
