This washer delivered as far as small enough to fit in a tight laundry room but able to handle real washes and loads, so far so good!

It's has just enough features. Any more and it would just be to much excess. I like how convenient the steam is, it works perfect

This washing machine was purchase by my builder and just barely made it over the one year mark. Since Whirlpool's guaranty is only for a period of one year they have decided not to service or repair this unit so I now have a dead washing machine. Whatever happened to the good old days when companies stood by their products which you knew would last 15 to 25 years? This machine only manage to work for 15 months so STAY AWAY!!!

We have our Compact Duo on its Pedestal but it dancsesDuring Spin and Rinse cycle soooooo bad that the machine moves and bags into dryer. We've had two repair visits each claiming to fix issue by different strategies with no fixed results. The pedestals are like a piece of tin . Ready to Return.Very bad

Seems small but good capacity

This was my first front load washer and it seemed small compared to a conventional top load washer. I was pleasantly surprised that although a snug fit, the loads fit and certainly seem to clean effectively. My unit seems to have a small leak that makes a little puddle during its washing cycle but the unit is in the garage and is not a problem...I checked outside hoses and the problem appears to be under cover. Does a great job wringing out moisture prior to loading into dryer so all in all very efficient.

Bought the WFC7500FW model in December 2011, couple of weeks ago kept getting an error code of F6, which means it needs new motor, how come whirlpool can not make a machine that the motor lasts longer. Not happy at all.

What a surprise

When I purchased this washer it was because I had limited space. I had just sold my house and left behind an oversized washer. I expected to find that this washer would not hold much due to it's compact size. Wow, was I ever surprised! I am able to wash a good sized load and everything comes out REALLY clean. One of the first loads I washed had a pair of white pants in it that had mud stains all up the back of one leg. Not only did they look clean, they looked really white. I am completely satisfied and I can't believe how little soap is needed.
