difficult to start the cycles

It's difficult to get the washer to start, it seems like the door sensor is too sensitive or there is some other problem with it. Because there is a delay to the start of a cycle often you don't know if the machine is going to run or not, unless you wait and watch it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this washer

I've had washer this 5 months. I have no complaints at all. It does a great job even though a small washer. It's attractive. It's quiet. It has lots of different settings--really have only used a couple. Before purchasing this, I read the reviews and they had me a little concerned but I have to say I am 100% satisfied.

Nice and quite

I ordered the stack-able washer and dryer in Nov 2013 As it was a special order to installed in a closet. Did not get delivered until March 2014. By the time I got the plumber & the electrician lined up it June 2014. Nevertheless it was worth the wait. Mainly I am thrilled to find the size I needed for a narrow space. I am still trying to learn the best setting for different type of cloths. The front panel where you change the water setting is very delicate. I already had a service guy to fix it. Over all I am pleased with both W&D.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine has malfunctioned several times since we purchased it about six months back. There are only two of us in our houself. We do not use the washer often and yet it does not function properly. Piece of a junk

Easy to use, great features

My favourite feature of this washer is that you can set a delay so that you can throw a load in before you go to work and when you arrive home is it just finishing and you can toss it in the dryer. It is small enough to fit into a tight space and had full load capacity.It also has a number of wash cycles, including quick wash and gentle. Additionally, there is a timer that shows you how many minutes are left in the cycle.My only disappointment is that it is set to warm automatically for each load and you have to remember to put it to cold each and every time.Otherwise, great value for the price!

I love the time remaining feature. I am new to front loading so am still a little nervous about keeping it dry inside after use. It seems easy enough.

We have been searching for quite some time to find a washer that would fit in our rv and this little gem is just perfect. It does an excellent job of washing a reasonable load and we are very pleased with it.
