Very robust design

I just bought one of these and had one for a few years. My other one is not as sturdy and robust design as this one. The finish on the outside is very nice and the color is awesome! It was easy to assemble and packaged nicely. I was surprised this big item was inside the relatively small package. I recommend these heaters, very nice during entertaining the family and friends!

Exceeded My Expectations!!!

I bought one of these about a month ago and was so impressed with the quality for the price that I had to buy another. Professional fit and finish! Looks much more expensive than it was. Not hard to build. Good instructions, but my only complaint is that it is hard to see details in the pictures. Not the eye sore of others I've seen and much more functional than the pretty flame tube pyramids.

Ordered two units from Amazon. Delivered as promised. Fairly easy to assemble, though the included wrench is not very good. Unit works as promised. I will be ordering one more for our patio.

I absolutely love this heater. The color matching our deck furniture perfectly. It seems durable and puts out just the right amount of heat. It is great for outdoor entertaining.

A perfect heater

Did some research online, purchased online and the product showed up 2 days later. took about 45 min to put together. instructions we good and it's pretty easy to assemble. Used it he first night and and it was perfect. WE have a outdoor patio and this provides heat for us to sit and relax. very happy with the purchase.

We purchased this online and were very pleased with the overall product and its ease of functioning! Our mechanic son assembled it and found it took a while.
We would recommend adding sand in the base prior to putting on the top of the stand vs. adding after assembly is complete. Adding Sand makes moving the unit around easier as it is balanced better.

Not as useful as anticipated

This product, though lets off some heat, does not radiate the depth of heat and the array of heat we were hoping for. You need to be located withing 18" of the heater to appreciate it's warmth. It's only fall here in Iowa, and wishing we had gone with a different product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
