Nice looking heater

I bought this last Sept 2015.Only used it about 4 times, works great, I brought it outside yesterday it was a little chilly, and had a hard keeping it lit. called the Company they are going to call me back.I`m sure it`s just a minor problem, and I know the will fix the prob. I`ll keep you informed.

Good product for the price

I bought this for my outside patio bar and glad I did. It performed a little better than expected.It was fairly easy to put together,looks great,and heats a moderate surrounding area. One complaint is the lighting of the product . Sometimes it will light on the first try other times I have to hold the pilot on long and multiple times. Overall good product and would purchase again.

Pretty but...

We bought this heat just over a year ago (13 months exactly). We noticed that the top kept coming off during breezes. We realized that the "cap" that attaches to the screen was no longer welded. Both pieces are rusted. The replacement piece is out of stock. We have several of these units and they are stored in a protected location. We are not particularly pleased with the quality of workmanship on these units, espeically given the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pilot Light Gas Delivery

Seems well-built and is pretty; when it works it's great. But it usually doesn't work. There is simply not enough gas being delivered to the pilot light. Took it apart, cleaned the pilot light feed from the switch--no help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy assembly

All parts were present. One bolt's screwdriver inset was plugged but it still worked. Looks great and works quite well.

This heater is rugged, attractive and really puts out substantial heat! The assembly instructions were easy to follow and worked beautifully...opened the valve, clicked the igniter and presto...instant comfort on a cold patio!
