Received this as a gift this past summer and put it together a few weeks ago. Went together rather easily as long as steps are followed. A couple screws were hard to fit but overall went together well. Fired up and nice heat as long as the wind is calm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional value and quality!

I purchased this heater to replace a failing heater purchased long ago from a warehouse. After a lot of research I concluded this was the best blend of features, workmanship, and utility. I have not been disappointed. The heater is used on a deck in Northwest Montana. It throws enough heat to take the edge off a winter night for a cigar or to watch the night sky.
The box arrived intact with all components well protected. Assembly was straight forward after reading the instructions. Total assembly time was about an hour. The parts fit as they should. Purging the gas line took much longer than expected. Once purged the heater started easily. I had to purge it twice more for some reason- checked all fittings for leaks and refastened the regulator and find it now takes two or three clicks of the starter to fire it up.
The radius heated is not as large as I would prefer but it has worked well on some very cold nights. Anything above a 5mph wind disrupts the flame although it still heats. Overall I am very pleased and feel my money was well spent.

Great outdoor heater

We bought this heater this month, took a few minutes to assemble and had instant heat. I use it mostly on Friday nights for our neighborhood cigar night, keeps everyone toasty all fall, winter and spring. We also bought the full length vinyl cover which is practical in our weather. Both items are well constructed and and very good quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable patio heater.

We live by the ocean so we end up replacing our heater every few years but we consistently get good results from this product. Unfortunately, the salt air usually corrodes the ignition mechanism and we end up having to replace the unit.
