Like the push button starter

I have the older model which has a dial starter and it was always a little tricky to start. This newer one with the push button started up first time. Great product.

We live in Northwest Ohio and the evenings can be a little chilly. This heater allows us to enjoy our evenings even more. Totally pleased with the ease in assembly and operation.

This was shipped in good packaging and arrived without damage. It was easy to put together with good instructions (still took the suggested 1 hr). It works great and lloks goo. Will serve nicely this fall.

Easy to move

Bought this heater for a party and it was easy to put together. I like to store it in the garage when not in use and was happy I was able to move it myself without my husband. My previous one was very difficult to move and the wheels didn't last.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it has been nothing but trouble the entire time. Super fiddly, doesn't want to light, and requires us to get up on a step ladder to take it apart and deep clean it almost weekly just to get it to work. When it is lit it pits out good heat, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. Very disappointed overall.

My wife and I purchased 2 patio heaters to cover both sides of the sitting area on the patio and it has worked to perfection. We place the heaters on low because of the range of heat the units put-out.
