Does not light easily

Purchased this last year. Always had a very difficult time getting it to light. Once weekend it would, the next weekend it would not light at all. Now this year its does not light at all. Did everything in the instruction manual, very disappointing given how much I spend on this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Heater

Puts out a lot more heat than I expected. Looks great and high quality. I've had mine for almost a year now. Only problem is I'm having an intermittent issue keeping the pilot light on. Other than that it works great.

Took a while to assemble, but works very well. Placed it on my covered patio in a safe spot, so as not to damage my patio or otherwise cause an issue and I am delighted with it

We enjoy our patio almost year round, especially to barbecue! This patio heater not only looks great and will last longer in the stainless steel. We will put a coat of high quality auto wax on it from the post down as recommended. We will now be able to have our hot chocolate outside this winter and stay toasty warm!

ordered this for our patio...used it a lot in the winter and it sat in the garage over the summer. got it out this fall to find a thermocouple replacement was needed. warranty repair parts were available very quickly and it was easy to order. Thanks!
