I have had this a/c for approximately 2 weeks. It was easy to install and easy to operate. I am using it to cool a screened porch on which I have installed window inserts and a storm door. The porch is 18 X 8 X 10 feet tall. So far the a/c has had no problem in cooling the area. The only negative is that the unit is quite noisy, although one has to know that the entire unit is located in the room and realize that compressors are noisy (go outside and stand by your central unit or a window unit to get some idea of the noise level to expect. If you are expecting a whisper quiet air conditioner, you will probably be disappointed in portable air conditioners in general. So far, I am quite pleased with the air conditioner.

I bought this in Aug of 2019. Today it just stopped working. It will not power on. Checked power supply, and everything is fine. This is crazy!! Too much money for product to stop working after a year.

Great AC for one room

This ac cools a single room easily. Our future plans is to use it in a cottage bedroom. It will be perfect for a cool or warm nights sleep.

For the price there are not many units that are versatile enough to use year round. This one does!! Heats and Cools and vents out your window without having to have the entire unit in the window.
I would recommend this to a friend!

• My $35 space heater can warm up my 200 square foot office in about 10 minutes. It takes the 10100H about 45 minutes (or more)... • The fan on this thing has to run constantly, the AUTO feature does not shut the fan off. That would be fine if you could plug this thing into a timer (plug) but that wouldn't work either since you have to manually turn this thing on each time. • This unit should be priced closer to $180.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
