Love this Cooler!!!

We have had this wine cooler for just under 3 years and love that it is so quiet. Our first unit actually was delivered damaged and Air &Water immediately shipped out a new unit and picked up the first one - no problem! We purchased the extended 3 year warranty and with just a few weeks left in the warranty our LED display started to not display the temperature numbers completely. I called customer service and spoke with Tracy T. She was SO helpful and quickly took care of the problem - sending new parts out for us to replace the LED panel - we only paid shipping. Air &Water Customer service stands behind their products and provides very fast responses to any issues. We even recommended to our brother-in-law to purchase this wine cooler from them a year ago.....he did and loves his! Would most definitely purchase from Air & Water again and highly recommend the NewAir AW-320 ED wine cooler.

Got it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. It fit a lot if bottles but doesn't take up much space, nice led lights, touch screen and most importantly it's quiet.

Looks great and runs very quite. No complaints at this point. Love the duel zone. I use it for wine and to store my liqueur that I keep chilled.

Beautiful

I’ve been wanting a wine fridge for years and after a lot of research I purchased the NewAir 32 bottle Dual Zone. It is beautiful and almost everytbing I wanted. I wish the racks were spaced out just a tad more because it’s very hard to fit bottles of champagne in the fridge unless they are on the top or bottom racks. Also, temperature doesn’t always stay to what you set it; goes up a degree or two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great wine chiller. i got this to replace a 7 year old thermoelectric wine chiller that had died. This chiller is extremely quiet when it reaches temp!

I have had this wine cooler since June 2019. Have only had a minor issue with the temperature which Customer Service Rep Elizabeth helped me through the diagnostic process. I was impressed with Elizabeth's knowledge and courteous. The temperature is now back to normal.

Great Service

I bought this unit 8 years ago and it was working fine until a recent power surge took out the power control board. The phone rep helped me through the process of ordering the new parts and even installation instructions!
