The wine refrigerator was well packaged and delivered quickly with no flaws or issues. It was easy to set it up without any problems. Its been over 2 weeks with all 32 bottle spaces used and there hasn't been a change in the temperature. I have one side set at 55 for reds and the other set at 46 for whites. So far, I am amazed with the performance and how quiet the refrigerator is. My last wine chiller was a 12 bottle counter unit which had two sides where the temperature could be adjusted independently. Unfortunately there was only 1 door, so every time you opened the door, it would affect both sides. One side also stopped working after 2 years. I'm thrilled with this unit and hopeful it will continue to function as well for the next several years.
The product looks good and just the right size for us.

The product came packed in a double carton, very well protected. Was a snap to setup and just plugin and set the temperature. It took about 2 hours to get to the correct setting, then is very quiet and doesn't run very often. We have it in our kitchen and it looks very nice. We have had it for about a week now and used several bottles of wine and replaced them and it gets back to the set temperature quickly and queitly. We are very pleased with the product at this time.
I had been looking for the perfect wine cooler with dual zones that was quiet along with great quality. After a couple weeks of researching, New-Air had best reviews and I am so glad I chose this brand over the cheaper coolers!
We purchased the New Air AW-320ED wine cooler to hold our expanding red wine collection. We purchased this model over the AW-321ED because the wood shelves take up more room than the 320's wire shelves. I can put a 3 5/16 inch diameter on any shelf, but it is very tight because you have to lift the shelf above the bottle in order to install it. I found that the 3 5/16 inch diameter bottle fits easily on the top shelf. A Kill A Watt EZ meter showed an electrical cost of $0.22 per day over a 19 day test with our electrical cost of $0.12/KWHr. Our initial unit came to our California home in two days, but we opened the AW-320ED box only to find it contained an AW-321ED model. I called Air & Water's customer support and we had the replacement AW-320ED delivered the next day. We are pleased with the purchase and operation of our New Air AW-320ED and will probably buy another one next year.

I received the NewAir Dual Zone wine cooler in excellent condition. It was easy to put the handles on the doors, and it was simple to operate. I liked that I could fit different size wine bottles in it, as the old cooler I had didn't have enough room for wider bottom wine bottles. So far, it appears to be the a great buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
