Love this portable air conditioner

We love this portable air conditioner so much that we just purchased our third one. We have one for the master bedroom, which is one the main level, because I don't want to cool the whole downstairs when we are sleeping, so it is wonderful and cools down our big room with really high ceilings. We got one for our upstairs guest room because that room does not good air flow from the ac unit (the house unit) and then we have one in our loft by the elliptical machine. I cannot say enough good things are this air conditioner- it is very effective and really cools down a big area pretty quickly. We have had other portables but none as great as this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This air conditioner cools my entire downstairs which is about 600 sqft for the past year with no issues. I highly recommend.

Good enough to buy a second one.

I've seen other air conditioning units when visiting friends since buying this model two summers ago. None of the other brands beat the cooling capability and the relative quietness. It's design is good for corner placement. It keeps a large bedroom with high ceilings and an adjacent master bath cool. Installation may take 5 minutes like it says in the description if you have ordinary double hung windows. I have vertical crank casement windows. Installation requires drilling holes and using your ingenuity to make the set up waterproof. The other option would be to vent through a permanent hole you'd have to make through the wall to the outside. Either way, I have to get the help of a brother-in-law or hire a handyman. Since I'd have this installation problem with any portable AC, once installed, it works so sufficiently that I bought a second one for a second bedroom. (haven't even took the new one out of the box yet since it is early April in New England but I am assuming it is an exact duplicate of the one I have now.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can't go wrong with a NewAir portable air conditioning unit. Works great and cools off quickly. Easy to vent. This company has the very best customer support. If you ever need to troubleshoot a problem, the support team (especially Becky) will go all out to explain and answer any questions, and they will respond quickly. I am more than pleased and satisfied with my NewAir unit. Can't say enough good things about this company, their products and their customer service. Would definitely buy again.

Now living in a condo you cannot have box air conditioners in the windows so after doing research online and reading good reviews I chose NewAir as my new air conditioner and am not disappointed. Have had it running non-stop on and off for the past month and no problems. Has kept my room nice and cool and the install only took a few minutes in an average window. The noise is no worse than any home I have been in with these type of air conditioners. Not much louder than a window unit - but I would expect noise - the whole thing is sitting right in the room. I am very please with my purchase and would recommend NewAir to my friends.

Everything as expected...a bit noisy, but they're all noisy...nothing we can't live with. Very easy to set up and install.
