Good enough

Although it was NOT what I was hoping for..... it does do the job. I spoke with the customer service with Air & Water and they assured me that this unit ran to maintain a set point and when I asked to be sure that when the unit reached setpoint, does the fan shut off? they said YES. Well this is NOT the case. The unit will run and cool until set point and then the compressor shuts off BUT the fan still runs. This is not energy efficient to me and specifically what I had asked customer service. But the unit does the job and we need AC.... unfortunately it does NOT preform as I had hoped or as well as my window unit that runs to only set point and then goes into an energy saver mode (no fan running).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works good. The water reservoir help cool the condenser lowers head pressure. Like it. Had a little problem getting hose into adapter.

Everything I hoped for

This is my third order from Air and Water. They are an excellent company to work with. Products all shipped as promised and all performed as advertised. This is also my second New Air product. I was a little hesitant when I ordered my dishwasher, but it is performing exactly as advertised. That gave me confidence I would have the same luck with the air conditioner I ordered. I read lots of reviews about portable air conditioners. I even debated getting a room air conditioner. In the end I am glad I went with this unit. I have a loft bedroom with a hallway overlooking my living room. The vaulted ceiling is a challenge as is the south facing sky light. I placed this unit in the loft facing the half wall that separates the loft from the living room. I aimed the vents up. There is sufficient cool air to cool the entire loft area and keep the living room cool. The ceiling fan in the living room area picks up the cold air and drops it into the living room. Works like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's easy to set up including the window pieces. Quite, strong and very efficient AC. It was our second one of exact same model. We keep one in each large rooms and very satisfied.

Really love this product

I use this in my garage shop and it's perfect for keeping the space comfortable to work in. The garage is hooked to my house HVAC but that really just keeps it's level enough so that I don't have to worry about materials getting ruined. When I'm going to be in the shop I can turn this on and in just a few minutes I have a super comfortable work environment. It's helping me spend more time out there and be more productive when I am out there! This product was provided to me for review.
