Before we purchased the wine cooler we did our homework. This product is better then we expecded. Very quite the design is elegent And best of all the wine is just the right temperature. We received it in two days, speedy delivery service and customer service. Very pleased with our purchase.

Good Contstruction but noisier than expected

The product is working very well so far, and has a nice design to it. My only negative with the construction is the buttons on the door are really sensitive. If I open it and even rub my hand over the button when shutting the door again they detect me pressing them. The noise is louder than expected, but it is still very quiet but when I'm up late by myself watching TV you can hear it. (cooler is placed in the corner of my living room) Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an affordable wine cooler.

great wine cooler for the price

Seems to be very energy efficient, it would be good if the unit would shut down when cooler weather to maintain the 58 - 60 degree range, as the wine cellar cools down to 50 or so the unit will also run and get cooler.

this is my 4th unit and have ordered a 5th. The oldest unit is more than 2 yrs old and is still performing well. They are all located in my basement with temperatures from 50F to 70F. All units maintain set temperatures within a degree.

Great value - not perfect but better than the rest

I bought this about 3 years ago. It worked pretty well until a few months ago. It then developed a ghost that would appear to press the buttons on the control panel at random times. I contacted the manufacturer who sent me back to Air-n-water. I have to tell you, this company really likes its customers. We were able to narrow down the problem in a few minutes, and they sent me a replacement circuit board at a very reasonable price. Replacing it was a little complicated because it involved soldering two wires, which they should have had on a connector, plus about 5 other connectors. Pros: price, appearance, capacity, customer service Cons: can be a little noisy especially in the summer, the racks don't hold the larger Pinot/Burgundy bottles very well although I was able to force them in (not good if you care about the labels). Also the temp control/readout is not 100% accurate - you can use a thermometer and adjust the temp up/down to compensate. I would have liked a lock but not a huge deal. I suspect that my list of cons would apply to the more popular brands as well, based on reading many reviews. I think the biggest complaint is trying to force the larger bottles in, and if they changed this to a 24-bottle cooler and gave another millimeter or two to each of the racks, this would have worked out great. I cannot stress enough the customer service aspect of Air-n-water. They even sent me a thank you note.
