I bought this product a week ago and really enjoyed all of the features it provided. I know Have an all in one humidifier and fan. I love the remote that came alone with it as well.

Great customer service

I had a great experience with Leroy in customer service. Love the product but the motor died after only a couple of months. Leroy is helping me fix or replace it.

Product has great features - I like that it comes with a timing mechanism as well as a remote control. Three settings allow for significant difference in wind speed. Easy to clean the filter.

LAST YEAR MY BOYFRIEND BOUGHT ME ONE, IT'S PREFORMED GREAT AND ADDING WATER /ICE TO THE TRAY DOES ADDED THAT THE MORE COOLER AIR BREEZE ON DAYS OVER 85 -90. IT'S POWERFUL AND HAS GOOD OPTIONS. wE LIKED IT SO MUCH WE JUST BOUGHT A 2ND ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BEDROOM UPSTAIRS : ) AND WE USE THESE DAILY!!

We purchased this cooler/humidifier for purpose of adding moisture to the air in our house as we live in a very dry climate. It has worked day and night for almost three years now. I am actually very surprised as we have other models before that can't handle our hard water. I thought for sure it would only last a year or so. I have taken it apart twice now for a super-cleaning and are now on my 6th filter as our water is tough on them. Every two months, I descale the filters with a commercial de-scaler and they hold up well. It's a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
