We use them under the desks. With the built in thermostat, you can set it to your desire. If you need any assistance, parts or basic information. The girls I spoke with were excellent and very polite ( which is something that really stood out to me. Not the norm in today's world ) I commend you for your kindness !!!

Love Love Love my NewAir Oil Space Heater.

This is my second heater. My first one still worked, but after 6 years of use it needed replaced. I use it under my desk to keep my feet warm in the winter. I'm very cold natured, and this heater works great.
Pros: Durable, Good Power Output, Heats Up Quickly, Lightweight

The electrict heater uses the same amount of electricity as two overhead light fixtures. When the thormostate is on high the unit puts out a surprising amount of heat. The controls work well. I use the heater by my bed to take the chill off in the mornings before I get up. It is well constructed and easy to move about. This is an excellent small heater for small spaces.
