I recently purchased cuisinarts electric knife. it has multiple blades for different uses. it slices through meat as easily as soft bread. its lightweight and fits well in my hand, saving me from arthritic pain when slicing raw beef roasts for freezer storage or cooked standing rib roasts for christmas dinner. i love it.
