I got this electric knife for a Christmas gift. I use it to cut the meats I smoke. The unit is great for easily cutting the meats to portion size or cutting pork ribs. I also have used it to cut whole pineapple. It easy to use and set up. There is no need to force the knife through the meats as the moving action does all the work. Clean up is quick and easy and the wood display holder looks good on my counter top and keeps everything together in one spot. I think anyone who has this will be glad to have it for all different types of use.

I like that there is a holder for the handle and the two sets of blades in place and organized for storage. Had a few electric knives in the past. This one is by far the best. A keeper!
