My husband and I really like this knife. We used it for the first time at Thanksgiving to carve the turkeys and it worked beautifully. It is especially easy to store since it come with a storage rack that can be mounted on the wall.

We are delighted with the Cuisinart Electric Knife! We had owned another and thought the blades were too short for our main purpose of carving a prime rib. The instructions with the Cuisinart suggested other uses also. Our baked bread was a cinch and the slices so much nicer looking :-)
