I purchased a used cuisinart knife several years ago and loved it. It finally died and I replaced it with a cheaper electric knife but it just couldn't compare. So...I returned that one and bought another Cuisinart. Love it again! Easy to use and does a fabulous job!

We have just purchased another CEK 40 electric knife for our second home after owning the same model in our main home. We love it. Be sure to get this model as the other model (which includes a fork instead of a second set of blades) is much more uncomfortable to grip if you have small hands. The CEK 40 is much easier to use and I love having a blade for breads and a different blade for meats. Much better!!
