I am a private chef and am extremely happy with this knife. The blades are very sharp and It is light which makes for better cutting. I love the black color. I normally go through 4 knives a year. I am hoping this one will last.

Electric knife was used 1 time, and stopped working. Was never able to use again since would not turn on. Never had a product fail after 1use. In order to send in for repair, must pay a fee; what is point of a warranty when you must pay to fix a defective produce.
