We have really enjoyed using this Cuisinart electric knife. I is leaps and bounds over our previous one. This knife has a very good grip quality that I feel is unmatched in the electric knife marketplace. I slices through meats and breads with ease.

We bought this mostly for slicing bread - it's very sharp and cuts well. It's easy to cut a thin slice and easy to keep it straight. We haven't used the meat blades, yet.

I have only used it once but it was superb. It is easy to set up and was super sharp. Easy to clean as well. If I could change anything I would put a battery in it and give it the option to either be plugged in or operate using the cord.
