Bought this over the holidays specifically to slice a roast. Blades were sharp and easy to use. After having a couple of other brands to compare this to, the Cuisinart was hands down much better.

I like the fact that it has two blades specifically designed to slice meats and one to slice breads.Slices hard crusty breads and leaves hardly any crumbs. I am very happy with my purchase.
