Bought this about 4-5 weeks ago. Have used it to process corn to freeze. It really cut down on the time and work to do that job. Have used it to cut roast with good results. I’ve even used it to cut foam rubber for a craft project. A very useful tool

I purchased this knife, love the way it cuts but it smells hot like something electrical burning after about the 3rd or 4th slice in a very tender roast. Roast was only 1.75 pounds. By the time I finished slicing the roast, the knife was smoking. Needless to say, it has been returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this electric knife for a month and have been happily surprised by its ease of use. I like the way it evenly and effortlessly it cuts through breads, meats and vegetables. I can’t wait to use it on thanksgiving and wow friends and family. I really like how it has a safety feature that you have to hold two areas in order for it to be operational.

This is my third Cuisinart electric knife. Happy with the knife however do find the handle a little large for my hands causing fatigue when carving large turkeys or large pieces of meat like brisket. I do lots of cooking for our good size family. Also find the handle gets quite warm.

I had another electric knife and was unhappy with it. What a difference this one is just what I wanted. I buy full rib raosts and cut them in to steaks and it cuts thru them like a hot knife thru butter
