I bought this prior to Thanksgiving and was so glad I did! It made carving the turkey so simple! I have owned electric knives before but they were inexpensive models and never lasted long. This time I went with Cuisinart as it’s a reputable product- will highly recommend

This knife does the job very well. Some reviews said the knife overheated, however, in using it to cut hot ham & turkey the transfer of heat is normal.
I really like the ease of inserting and removing the blades from the handle.
The storage rack is a great asset to keep everything in place either on the counter or in a drawer.

We bought this product because our old electric knife was not working proberly. We decided on a Cuisinart product because we have a number of Cuisinart products and absolutely love them!
