I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH KNIFE. IT SEEMS LIKE BLADES ARE NOT SHARP. IT DID NOT CUT THROUGH MEAT LIKE MY OLD ONE DID.

I wanted an electric knife that I could use to slice loaves of crusty bread before freezing it. I live in a remote low population area where I can't get bread sliced at the store. The Cuisinart electric knife works well for that purpose -- my aging hands and muscles were really getting tired with slicing by hand. At this time I have not used the meat blade but will at some point.
I like the knife. The design of the wooden rack is a little off -- I am not strong enough to get the rubber cord on the handle into its slot so it sits in the rack a little cock-eyed but it doesn't fall out. (I'm much more mechanically capable than most women and a lot of men so it isn't that I can't figure it out -- it just doesn't fit without forcing it.)

The knife is a good electric knife, I do wish that it was cordless, but understand that may not be possible. Wish there was some markings on the blades to tell you what you should use on what product.

Never thought I would have use for Electric knife, but find it convenient when doing a lot of slicing.
Only drawback is, I feel it gets Hot a lot quicker than I thought.

This knife was a gift for Christmas 2017. This is my third knife and I haven't found one that cuts better; however, this knife will only last about a year before it stop working.

Works like a pro. Had one before and it worked very well but after a few years it just would not start. I suspect that the switch broke. Nevertheless, when it worked it was wonderful. Consequently we bought another and it works just as well. I'm however hoping that the lifespan is not going to be only a few years.

When my previous electric knife melted down after 20 years, i went looking for a better product. This knife had great reviews. I agree. This product is easy to use, clean and performs exceptionally well. I especially like the ergonomic handle such that fingers do not interfere with the cutting surface.
