I bought this just over a month ago as our old electric knife finally quit. I needed something that would cut easily and fit comfortably in my wife's hand due to her medical condition. This knife is great. It is ergonomic and my wife can hold it no problem. We have used it on roasts, chicken and turkey so far. It may be cliché but it cut thru those meats as if going thru butter. It took no effort at all to cut the meat either thin or thick.
